Qin Mi (died 226), style name Zichi (子勑), was a minister of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. He despised the arrogance of Jian Yong, who was Liu Bei's emissary. Even though Jian Yong served under Liu Bei, he was thrown into prison for criticizing against Eastern Wu. Qin Mi later defeated Zhang Wen in a debate at a certain feast.
